WHO WAS J.S. BACH? The man, the family, the musicians.
A Boulder Bach Festival Educational Event presented by Szilvia Schranz, soprano soloist and host, with violinist Annamária Karácson, and friends.
This presentation is geared toward children, ages 12 and under, and their families. Everyone is welcome, but families are particularly encouraged to attend!

LOOPING BACH. Using electric violin and Ableton Live music looping software, Gregg Cannady and Zachary Carrettin re-contextualize ancient music while involving the audience in the music’s reinterpretation and re-composition. The duo will use baroque melodies and harmonies as the basis for creating new textures, layers and patterns, composing and improvising with input from the audience.
